March 2023, the collaboration software Teams has more than 300 million monthly active users worldwide. Windows 11 has features that can quickly and easily increase Teams productivity. First, click the Teams icon (looks like a video camera) on the taskbar to launch it. You can also press the keyboard shortcut (Windows key + C).

When you launch Teams this way, a Phone Number List window showing the most recent Teams activity will appear. Here, if you click 'Meeting', a video call will start, and if you click 'Chat', you can have a conversation. If you want to run the full app instead of this simplified version, just press 'Open Microsoft Teams'.
The Windows clipboard hasn't done much for decades. All you had to do was copy something to the clipboard, then paste the clip into the application. The next time you copy something to the clipboard, the previous clip is gone. But that's not the case these days. The clipboard function has been improved. Users can now preview multiple saved clips and choose which one to paste into the document. You can also save clips permanently. This is a great way to store text that you frequently paste into documents or emails, or a signature graphic to digitally sign your documents.
You can also sync your clipboard history across multiple Windows devices. Go to Settings > System > Clipboard and make sure 'Clipboard search history' is turned on. Additionally, enable ‘sharing between devices’. If you decide to sync a clip, it will also be available in the clipboard of any Windows 11 or Windows 10 device you choose to sync with.
You can copy items to the clipboard using any of the familiar methods, such as pressing Ctrl+C or right-clicking an image on the web and selecting Copy Image from the menu that appears. If you continue to copy items, they will continue to be saved as individual clips on the clipboard. There is no set number of clips that can be stored, but it depends on the amount of memory in use and the amount of data of all saved clips. The maximum size of each individual clip is 4MB.
After you copy a clip to the clipboard, you can scroll through the clips, preview them, and select the clips you want to paste into your document. To check the copied clip, press ‘Windows key + V’. A small window will appear showing the clip you pasted to your clipboard. Scroll and when you find the clip you want to paste, click it. If you want to paste only the most recent clip into the document, press 'Ctrl+v'.

In addition, the clipboard has several other functions. From the top menu, you can paste emoticons, text emoticons, popular GIFs, and symbols from the Internet. Clips are deleted when you turn off your PC, but you can save some of them permanently. Press 'Windows key + V' to run the clipboard and select 'Pin item' at the bottom right of the clip. This will permanently pin the item to your clipboard until you unpin it.
You can also clean up your clipboard by deleting individual clips or deleting them all at once. To delete an individual clip, click the three dots icon in the upper right corner and select 'Delete'. To delete all clips on the clipboard, select the clip or 'Clear all' in the upper right corner. Pinned items are not deleted unless you delete them individually.
5. PowerToys
If you've been using Windows for a long time or are serious about productivity, you probably know Windows PowerToys, which were first released for Windows 95 a few years before the turn of the 21st century. PowerToy was a small, free utility from Microsoft that allowed you to tweak, customize, and power up Windows in a variety of ways. If used incorrectly, it's fun to fiddle with, but not productive. If used properly, it can efficiently handle minor tasks that usually take up a lot of time.
After being updated for Windows XP, Power Toy was left abandoned for no apparent reason in Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8/8.1. It was updated for Windows 10 only in September 2019, four years after Windows 10 was released, and was updated for Windows 11 when Windows 11 was released. Currently, Power Toys contains several convenient mini tools in one app. The Power Toy app is not installed on Windows 11, so users must download it themselves (free). At the time of writing, Power Toys has about 24 tools, with new tools being added regularly.

It would be difficult to describe all the tools in detail here, so I will introduce five of my personal favorites. It's a good idea to try it out yourself and decide if it's useful for you.
• Image Resizer : Need to resize multiple photos or images at once? With this utility, all you have to do is select an image, choose how you want to resize it, and then click.
• Always on Top : When using a productivity app such as Word or Excel, have you ever looked at another window for a moment and then been embarrassed by the app hiding? There is no need for that anymore. The 'Always on Top' feature ensures that your productivity apps always stay at the forefront.
• Keyboard Manager : Keyboard shortcuts are some of the best productivity-enhancing features to get tasks done quickly. If you're lacking keyboard shortcuts in Windows 11, you can use this tool to remap your keyboard and create keyboard shortcuts.
• Paste as Plain Text : Don't you want all the formatting copied when you copy text from the Internet, apps, etc.? This tool immediately removes any formatting so you can paste it as plain text.
